Surf Links & Surfing Related Sites

Here is a list of some friends at surfing sites all over the world and a good list of resources for surfer's on the east coast to use to get some stoke in the water. There are a ton of surfing and weather related sites on the web and this is just a small fraction of what's out there. I tried to pick the better sites to include and to better organize my links that I already had listed.
